 Set a realistic budget. Not everybody has a bottomless bank account. Most of us are constrained by some form of a budget . By sitting down and consulting with Bob, discussing your budget and what you want done, Bob will be able to achieve the most desired outcomes for your renovation at the budget that you can afford. Don’t forget to include all aspects of the renovation into the budget. Included should be the renovation itself, other costs beyond our services to consider should be the drapery, furniture, and finally, the landscaping costs. It is the little extras that will enhance your renovation. Don’t skimp on the materials. Cutting back on materials to save a few bucks early on might cost you dearly down the road. |
