 Scope of Work Our clients appreciate the care that we take in listening to their ideas, and through our design/build process, developing a design with them that meets their needs and their budget. Our construction methods are skillful, careful and considerate of your family and your surroundings. Project Schedule Working together, we will break down the schedule of what will be done and the time frame, allowing you to anticipate and plan your schedule around the building schedule. It is at this time that possible delays will be discussed and the necessary corrective action to avoid them. Living Conditions With the time schedule in mind, we then break down how this impacts your living conditions. We will try to minimize the inconveniences to you, but there may be issues to consider regarding your living conditions; we will help you anticipate them and make these hassles as small as possible. Lead Carpenter Your project will be assigned a lead carpenter. Rest assured, the lead carpenter will carry out the project in a professional and respectful manner and will be just as knowledgeable about your home as Bob. Anything that you may need Bob for, our lead carpenter will be happy to take care of for you.  |
