 Pets Any information regarding your pets will be greatly appreciated, especially temperament. This will allow us to take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your pets during this time. Valuable Items If there are any valuables that we may have to work around or move, please let us know. It may be necessary to move some items off site. Security Most homeowners will give us a set of keys to the home for the duration of the project. We will discuss who will be responsible for the keys, who will be allowed access to the keys, information about security alarms and if they need to be turned on or off. Ladders will be taken down overnight and any exposed areas will be covered up with a tarp or plywood, to keep out the inclement weather. Cleaning Keeping your home as clean and safe as possible during the project is important to us, we use plastic tarps and plywood to maintain a clean environment for you. We will also vacuum all of the debris left behind on a regular basis.  |
